The RECREATE Webinar Series continued with the first webinar in 2026 titled Building Better: Next-Gen Composites!
The webinar explored how next-generation composites can be designed from the outset for durability, disassembly, and reuse, particularly in demanding sectors such as wind energy. Speakers presented developments in smart resins for the circular economy, innovative design guidelines for adhesive bond lines in segmented wind turbine rotor blades, and new circular design concepts for wind turbine blades.
